Information the app uses
When you sign in with Google, Matchkeep receives your account identifier, name, and email address to create your account and manage sessions. Event information can include event names and descriptions, player display names and tags, game and faction details, roster status, pairings, schedules, scores, rules, correction requests, and host decisions.
How information is used
The app uses account information to authenticate users, enforce event roles, and associate a player with a roster entry. Event information is used to operate signups, pairings, match reporting, corrections, schedules, and standings. Hosts choose whether an event is public or private; players can hide their player name from public event pages.
Sharing and service providers
Google provides sign-in. The database and application hosting providers will process information needed to operate a hosted service; their exact providers, locations, and contracts must be confirmed before production. Public events expose their event details and published schedules/results. Private events are intended to be visible only to members and hosts.
Retention and choices
Event records remain in the database until an authorized organizer deletes the event or the operator applies a documented retention policy. Session and account deletion procedures, backup expiration, and a support contact have not yet been established for production. Ask the event organizer to correct event details or remove your roster entry. For account or privacy requests, contact the site operator using the support address that will be published before launch.
Changes
The operator should update this policy when data practices, providers, or retention periods change. The production version should state its effective date and provide a working contact method.
