Draft terms for the Matchkeep local preview.

Draft for local preview · updated October 2, 2026

The operator must review these terms, add the legal operator name, effective date, governing jurisdiction, support contact, and any required consumer disclosures before publishing a production version. This draft is not legal advice or an agreement for production use.

Using the service

Matchkeep provides tools for organizers and players to create events, manage rosters and schedules, report match results, request result corrections, and view standings. Use an account you control and provide accurate information when using the service. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

Event information

Organizers control event settings, roster access, rules, pairings, and publication. Organizers should have permission to share information they add. Public events may expose event details and published schedules, results, and player information according to the event settings and the privacy choices offered in the app. Private event information is intended for authorized members, but the production access controls must be verified before launch.

Fair and respectful use

Do not use the service to threaten, harass, impersonate, disrupt events, or access another account or event without authorization. Do not submit information you are not entitled to share. Organizers may manage access to their events and resolve reports or corrections under their published event rules.

Availability and changes

The local preview is provided for evaluation and may change. Production availability, support response times, data retention, account closure, and service termination rules have not yet been established. The operator must document those terms and provide a working support contact before launch.

Privacy and contact

See the privacy overview for the current data handling draft. For production, add the operator's legal name, contact information, effective date, and jurisdiction here, and ensure the linked privacy notice matches the deployed service.
